Owner-Operators — Lease-On & Lanes (Nationwide, US)
Owner-Operators decide on facts — not hype. We connect you with carriers and lanes across the U.S. and coordinate screening, matching, and onboarding. We do not promise rates, deductions, home time, or dispatch policy — those are set by each carrier. Before you choose, you receive what the carrier actually wrote: pay model (percent/flat/per-mile), deductions (fuel/plates/insurance), payout cadence, escrow/chargebacks if any, equipment requirements, and dispatch style. We won’t say what you want to hear; we’ll say what you need to know.

Owner-Operators: what it is — and what it isn’t
Our work is simple: match the right owner-operator with the right carrier — with numbers as written by the carrier. We do not set pay, we do not invent “guarantees,” and we do not hide deductions. Your decision is based on clear documents and policies you see up front. That includes pay model, deductions and fees (fuel, plates/registration, insurance, trailer rent if any), settlement cadence (weekly / twice monthly / quick-pay, when offered), and dispatch approach. No forced dispatch in our process — yet dispatch rules always belong to the carrier. Dedicated lanes exist where demand exists; seasonality can slow starts or change corridors. We’ll say it if a region is thin so you can plan fuel, service, equipment payments, and your schedule honestly.
- Money without buzzwords: percent/per-mile/flat model and all deductions are listed by the carrier — you see them before you sign.
- Settlements: weekly or twice monthly for most; quick pay only if the carrier offers it, with terms and any fees documented.
- Claims like “guaranteed” loads or home time: not our language. We share what is real, not what sounds nice.
How it works — simple, documented, respectful
Priority corridors today: TX • IL • FL • GA • OH. If your area is slow, we’ll say so and propose alternatives.
Sample settlement (fictional) & decision checklist
- Gross week: $7,800 · Percent: 88% → Yours: $6,864
- Deductions: fuel $2,950 · plates $75 · insurance $220 → Total deductions: $3,245
- Net before taxes: $3,619 (excludes service/tires/ESCROW if any)
- Are deductions listed line by line, and will you receive them in writing?
- Settlement cadence (weekly / twice monthly)? Quick pay terms and any fees?
- Dispatch policy spelled out and no forced dispatch recognized?
- Home time described as a goal (not a guarantee)?
- Who pays for plates, IFTA, escrows, trailer rent, and accessorials (detention/layover/TONU)?
